A person’s life is little more than wandering in the garden. Sometimes the garden bristles with flowering plants, and sometimes it’s desolate and covered with fallen leaves.

The arch made of an iron bar resembles the entry of a garden and a window that frames the scenery of the garden. The winding branches of the tree at the center represent the landscape here. Next to the tree is a small cage in which a lady statue stands. We all have a garden in our own mind, a remote yet cherished existence.
This work shows a bleak and desolate landscape in a minimalist style, which faithfully reflects the artist’s lonely frame of mind as a mirror that lets no dust alight.
